This Society notes:

1. Section 5.1 of the Constitution:

• "5.1 The Members shall elect a non-executive Committee of three Members to handle the Society's administrative affairs:"

This Society believes:

1. That the interests of the society would be better served if the committee were able to make executive descions at their discretion.

This Society resolves:

1. To change Section 5.1 of the Constitution to:

• "5.1 The Members shall elect an executive Committee of three Members to handle the Society's administrative affairs:"
