This Society notes:

1. That the Society has no constitutional provision for any definition of a reasonable method of contacting Members for the purpose of official notices such as Society General Meetings or Motions.

This Society believes:

1. That such provision is necessary because of the gravity of announcements such as calls for motions for an SGM or announcements of elections.

This Society resolves:

1. To create a new section in the Constitution numbered 11.4, reading "Official notices of the Society will be distributed to the members' registered email accounts."

Proposed by Oliver Cole, seconded by Timothy Donovan.
