Compsoc is hoping to run a LAN event (where people bring along their computers and connect them to each other for the purposes of gaming) over a weekend at the beggining of next term
Premilary details are for it to run from Friday to Monday on one of the first weekends of next term in Eliot Dining Hall. Eliot dining hall is a large venue and as a society we can hopefully get away without paying for it, so the cost of the event will purely to be cover equipment - the price is undecided but will probably be in the range of £15 - £20, payable in advanced.
